Rune Heivang and Arne Bjellebø are the founders of Esenta Foundation, together with Sorin Tarcea. A non-profit organization for the advancement of the knowledge and experience of awakened Consciousness: The expansion of acceptance, peace, joy, understanding, love, abundance and freedom. Rune and Arne have been able to share their knowledge with thousands of people for free thanks to people’s support to the foundation.

A SHORT STORY :
Rune tells:
I was holding year long retreats in the Norwegian mountains. One day Arne came up to visit. We never met, but we had a funny talk about enlightenment. We had both been traveling around the world on our own looking into meditation, healing, energy methods and enlightenment traditions, to find the mystery behind the enlightened “state”. The key to enduring happiness.
After that meeting we became friends and continued exploring deeper into the levels of our true nature and the connection consciousness, creation, intelligence, energy, universe, world, body and mind.
We came to the same simple conclusion like ALL other people that have discovered the essence of Silence:
Every time you contact silence, you experience the expansion of peace and happiness.
If the same thing happens every time it is Science 🙂
The next question we asked was off course this:
Can the expansion of peace and happiness be enduring?
The answer was YES!
It is our true nature.
Our true nature is enduring Peace and Happiness!
But it is only enduring if you go to The Absolute that is not a state. It is a state less state, free from seeking any more peaceful or happier states.
Here The Expansion of Happiness Never Ends!
Here it shines into itself just being itself – seeing itself everywhere. It is absolute.
So again we could agree with many of these remarkable enlightened people that had recorded the same experiences through thousands of years of history. In Deep Gratitude!

Every time you draw the map and talk about it, I have new insights and I see more clear the paper we are. It seems like not clear enough to be one, but I am enjoying the road to nowhere. Maybe one day I will arrive nowhere or … maybe not.

My heart is so big, you all are so beautiful. It’ s something new for me, it is as if I know it, but I’m not used to It.
I feel my body expands, it is so light. It is not so important what I am saying, more important is the peace. And the openness.
There is not much to say, because there is no story. It’s just here. It’s unbelievable. And it is not something which is just mine. Actually I don’t feel it is connected to “me” or to whatever I was thinking I was.
I feel like a newborn who sees the world for the first time.
Everything is new but everything is so friendly.
There is so much happiness and it’s as if it is everywhere.

After the workshop with Rune, I realized it was the workshop of my life. I could say that all my life I have prepared myself for this workshop. All the words in the world I would use could say nothing about what I actually felt … It was kind of … “wooow”. Then, in addition, this retreat gave me the knowledge of who I really am. It helped me “know” and feel “Home”, being myself. And I know, it is not possible to forget this “place” from where I can be myself, all the time.
