LIVE RETREAT ON NEPTUN – HOTEL AGORA
Hotel Agora*** is located 500 m from La Steaguri beach and 200 m from Neptun city center and 250 m from the train station, surrounded by a beautiful green oasis of approximately 10,000 square meters.
Facilities offered at the hotel FREE: parking, internet, swimming pool and gym.
Pets are also accepted, for a fee of 50 lei/day is charged.

RETREAT PRICES
The participation fee and accommodation will be paid separately.
The participation fee is 1700 lei/345 euro for one week, respectively 2500 lei/505 euro for two weeks.
Registering without paying the participation fee does not reserve your place at the retreat.

EARLY REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Those who register and pay by August 17, 2023 get a 15% discount on the participation fee and will only pay:
– 1450 lei/295 euro for a week
– 2125 lei/430 euro for two weeks

CANCELLATION
– by 19.08 we will return the full amount, minus the bank fees
– between 19.08 – 22.08 we return 50% of the amount, minus bank fees
– starting from 22.08, the amount paid is not returned
ACCOMMODATION & MEALS
The first week:
7 nights double room x 122.5 lei = 857.5 lei/person
7 nights single room x 185 lei = 1295 lei
The second week:
8 nights double room x 122.5 lei = 980 lei/person
8 nights single room x 185 lei = 1480 lei
Two weeks
15 nights double room x 122.5 lei = 1837.5 lei/person
15 nights single room x 185 lei = 2775 lei
Accommodation is paid in cash or by card, at Hotel Agora, on the day of arrival. Payment with holiday cards is also accepted.

MEALS:
You can choose where, what and when to eat.
However, if you wish, the organizer can facilitate the serving of 1, 2 or 3 meals in the restaurant at the Agora hotel
The price for meals is paid separately from accommodation. The price for these meals is as follows:
– Breakfast = 30 lei/person/day (Swedish buffet).
– Breakfast = 70 lei/person/day (fixed menu).
– Dinner = 70 lei/person/day (fixed menu).
